How long is shipping?
I use APC overnight so it is usually 24 hour however that time is from dispatch, not order placement. I am also a full time lash technician so i do operate a 24-48 hour handling time to process the orders.
I ordered something on pre order with other things in stock. When will everything arrive?
the whole order will be sent when the preordered item is back in stock otherwise the order would need two shipping charges.
I’ve had no response from you. Why?
due to me lashing full time i am unable to communicate 24/7. I receive a high number of messages through all of my platforms which makes the replying process much slower. I understand this can be frustrating but please rest assured though that i will get back to you as soon as i can. My customer service hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

The item i want isn't in stock. When will it be in?
i aim to have everything restocked within 2 weeks but you can sign up for notifications to be the first to know when its back. If you’re also looking for me to stock something that i currently don’t - just drop me an email!
